Recently, the STPEF9204 jaw crusher manufactured by Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. completed final assembly and pre-delivery inspection. With the machine painted and its flywheels wrapped for protection, it has been loaded and dispatched. The crusher has a feed opening of 250×400 mm, a maximum feed size of 210 mm, a discharge setting range of 20–60 mm, a capacity of 5–20 t/h, an 18.5 kW motor and an overall dimension of only 1.1×1.1×1.4 m, making it a common choice for small crushing plants, laboratories and pilot-scale applications.

The STPEF9204 is a small-sized jaw crusher. Driven by the eccentric shaft, the moving jaw swings periodically so that material is crushed between the jaws by compression and splitting and discharged by gravity. The 20–60 mm discharge setting range allows flexible control of the product size, and the compact structure makes transport and on-site installation easy.

Quality control covers the key components: castings of the frame and moving jaw are inspected for material and soundness, the forged main shaft is quenched, tempered, finish turned and ground, and the high-manganese jaw plates are matched to the crushing chamber. After assembly, the bearing clearance and discharge setting are checked, and the machine is released after passing the no-load running test. The flywheels are balance-checked and wrapped for safe transport and smooth operation.

Small jaw crushers are simple in structure, easy to maintain and flexible to relocate, widely used in small-scale mining, sample preparation, aggregate test lines and pilot plants. With an 18.5 kW motor delivering 5–20 t/h of capacity, the STPEF9204 offers low operating costs and is an economical choice for small-capacity crushing applications.
